Cohen’s own readings of some of these works, which have seen him compared to James joyce, will be integrated into the show.
Cohen’s songs will be presented faithfully the way they were originally recorded. The musical accompaniment of the singers will consist of fascinating finger-plucked guitar strings provided by Ben Dix and Dan McKay, the haunting violin of Xani Kolac and the bass guitar and keyboards of the illustrious musicologist Stu Thomas.
